99 Hope Street: Commercial Redevelopment
An existing 4 storey Industrial building on the perimeter of the C.B.D was extensively remodeled with 2 new floors of parking created within the building and the existing roof level re-configured to house a new mezzanine level thereby increasing lettable floor area. The building facade was 'Face-lifted' and a covered triple storey courtyard element introduced to provide spatial excitement and open up views to the east for the three new office tenant floors now created.
The Office component of the top floor tenants was also custom Interior Designed for a Media Agency giving a 'one-stop shop' service from the developer for the end-user.Complex existing level changes and a tight budget to achieve maximum effect for builder/developer Clients made for a challenging project which delivered a very successful end result.
